Extrusions It is always fun and adventurous when I paint an extrusion. They are made with a matte medium as a drawing tool in a squirt bottle. As I extrude the design, I can change it, narrow it, or add to the drawing. It needs to dry overnight and then I bring out the paints. First, I gesso over the design and after each layer dries, I may add irridescent, interference and regular acrylic paints. My extrusions are definitely abstract in nature but not always.
